Returns and refunds
How to return or exchange a Veloura Skin order, and how Mobile Money refunds are processed in Ghana.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened skincare cannot be resold and is only eligible for return if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. Once approved, refunds are sent back to the Mobile Money wallet used at checkout within 5 working days.
Delivery fees are refunded only when the fault is ours.
