We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payment is processed by our Mobile Money provider — we never store your PIN or full wallet credentials.

Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access controls, and is never sold. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and can be stopped from any email footer.
